FirstWare IDM-Portal specialises in simple and dynamic user management

New employees should be able to work on their first day in the new job. Getting everything ready on time should be easy and fast.

Key functions – User management
Create user accounts
All employees (e.g. HR) can create users error-free without in-depth IT knowledge. As IT, you define dynamic attributes for name generation. Specify rules according to which certain attributes are generated automatically. For example, just filling in the name will automatically generate a:
- samAccountName
- DisplayName
- given Name
- UserPrincipalName
Automatic actions happen for each attribute according to your settings.
Manage user accounts
Only select values from templates that have been previously defined. Instead of incorrect entries, you get higher data consistency and data quality.
Virtual attributes automatically fill in multiple fields that were not previously provided in AD and Entra ID.
This guarantees you more security and faster processing of
user profiles.
Access management
FirstWare IDM-Portal allows you to assign department groups automatically.
If you select the appropriate department for a user, they directly get
the memberships of the corresponding authorization groups.
You define whether the assignment is partially or fully automated.
