This is how it works
The HR system (e.g. SAP HR/HCM) sends the data to the Active Directory.
With IDM-Portal, you add the IT-relevant information of the user that does not exist in the HR database.
This can be authorization groups, office licenses, mailboxes and much more.
IT administrators do not need to completely re-enter the user in AD.
Regular synchronization of the data ensures that all databases are always up to date.
