Who we are
FirstAttribute AG is an independent German cloud service and software company focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Our expertise lies in particular in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), the management of distributed identities and ensuring data sovereignty. This helps organizations manage digital identities securely, compliantly and with high availability.
Since 2001, we have grown together with our customers, from the first Active Directory migration to today's sovereign cloud solutions. What drives us is our daily contact with IT teams that need real relief and departments that simply want to do their work without having to struggle with technology.
What we do
At the center of our portfolio is the FirstWare IDM-Portal, our Identity Governance & Administration solution. It automates the entire lifecycle of digital identities, from the first working day to departure, and makes responsibility available where the knowledge resides. Departments and site managers handle many tasks themselves, while your IT team stays in control.
The IDM-Portal is powered by my-IAM, our sovereign, distributed technology platform. It ensures that your identities remain usable regardless of which cloud or on-premises systems you use, independent of any single vendor.
Our portfolio is complemented by specialized administrator services such as DynamicGroup and DynamicSync, which specifically automate individual directory services for organizations that need exactly this building block.

Our approach to Identity & Access Management

Yes. FirstAttribute AG is an independent German company with locations in Hofstetten and Dresden. The team is complemented by a network of additional locations and partnerships, enabling us to support customers throughout the DACH region.
Is FirstAttribute dependent on a single vendor?
No. We work vendor-independently and connect different identity providers such as Microsoft or Keycloak equally. With us, you avoid one-sided dependence on a single provider.
Will I have a dedicated contact at FirstAttribute?
You are continuously supported by our team, with a dedicated account manager and the Customer Service team at your side. Our company is also characterized by the fact that many FirstAttribute employees remain with us for a long time. Changes are rather rare.
